Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
Use this form if you cannot complete the required privacy action while signed in. It can cover access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or a website-analytics question. Submitting the form creates a request for identity verification and review; it does not delete data automatically.
Choose the right route
- If you can sign in: use App settings → Delete account. The app sends a short-lived confirmation code to the account email before deletion.
- If you cannot sign in: submit this form. The request enters an internal privacy queue and we verify your identity using the account or contact email.
- If you need another privacy action: select the closest scope and explain the request briefly in the optional field.
What deletion can involve
Shared trip or budget records may still be required by other authorised members. Where appropriate, Caravanios removes or separates your account reference while preserving an understandable shared history. Legal, security and backup records can also require limited retention.
Important: deleting the Caravanios account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the store where it was purchased.
Do not send passwords, confirmation codes, full payment details or unnecessary sensitive information. Apple or Google separately controls store purchase records.
